Miami, 1991. Christian Slater was older than James Remar when Dexter (2006) first aired. The follow-up to Dexter: Resurrection (2025). It’s really great. I’m 3 episodes in and I’m loving the journey so far. The first season gives off Dexter vibes and the cast is really good. It’s been a long time and I’m surprised at how many people I recognize. The chaotic young Dexter is awesome and it’s great to see him transform into Dexter from season 1. It actually picks up after the last season of Dexter, so if you haven’t seen it, get ready for some spoilers right away when you start this. They’re announcing that this is actually leading up to something called Dexter Resurrection, which is coming out this summer. Some people think Dexter should be allowed to die, but I love this new journey and can’t wait to see more. I can’t wait to see the next episode! “One Hundred Years of Solitude” is the biggest TV and streaming premiere this month. Check out our December calendar for more!
